Wisodm of Intuition

Namaste.

When you receive wisdom from your own intuition, you have the unique sense that you are dependent upon your true self. You arrive at the point of self-revelation as your instinct is tuned up. The ego clouds your intuition by bringing you thoughts of unworthiness.

As you conquer the domain of your conscious mind, you begin to pick up pieces of falseness coming from your ego, or your lower mind. The ego creates its own world for you to live in.
Vigilance in meditation brings the fastest results to understanding your own intuition. You learn in spiritual practice to let the light of spirituality enter into your consciousness and show you your beautiful intuition.

The light reveals its source, and that source is the Formless God, which is beyond time and space. The world is an amazing tangle of different paths or ways. Spirituality belongs to all ways. You cannot confine the range of your enlightenment – the Universal Mother will not let you. Seek joy in your own heart of being, and bring this joy to others.

This is my Puja and this is my Prayer.
I love you all so very much.

Meditation on Mother Kali

Namaste,

In preparation for the first night of Durga Puja, which is the Night of Mother Kali, this meditation will take you into the Mother’s heart. It is up to you how deep you want to go.

Allowing your breath to go deep inside of your solar plexus, you must sit up as straight as you can and breathe in through your nostrils deep inside of your belly.Hold the breath for as long as you can, generating the Mother’s flames, and breathe out with great force out of the top of your head.

If you’re distracted while meditating (who isn’t?) try this trick!

Meditation and Thoughts

As you begin to sit,  watch your thoughts pass through.
Watch these thoughts like a detached observer.
Look for a tiny second between a thought passing and a thought appearing. Once you begin to look for this to happen, the space between thoughts becomes longer and longer. Never force anything; it will happen.

It is an amazing thing to watch your thoughts.
The one word that works all the time is “NEXT.”
As the thought invades your meditation,  just say,”Next,” and watch the ego become confused. This is your opportunity to breathe more deeply.

As you recognize your thoughts as negative or positive, you open your way to knowing that you are not your thoughts.
Recognizing your thoughts can bring the possibility of illumination.
By keeping your mind open, you begin to see what you never could see before. The open mind can receive the light of illumination.

Meditation and Counting

Namaste,

In practicing meditation, it is important to develop a steady, penetrating awareness of your heart chakra.
Once the heart is open and flowing, meditation becomes easier.
Practicing meditation helps people cultivate a strong awareness of all their actions during their lives.
It takes time, but it is worth it.

During your day, begin to increase the frequency of noticing your surroundings.
Notice the sensations of your breath in your body.
This develops mindfulness.
The mystical fire of love burns in your heart center.

God dwells on the altar of your heart.
To discover your mystical nature, you have to quiet your mind.
A good way to do this is by simply counting.
Breathing in one, breathing out one.
Breathing in two, breathing out two.
Do this for 11 breaths.
If you lose your concentration, simply start again.

It is not how well you can do it; it matters that you want to do it.
The essence of your soul shines as the radiant sun and glows on your face as you live your life.
You can find yourself living in the secret stream of love.
Begin your day, each day with the practice of mindfulness and gratitude.
Each day take time to be quiet, and feel divine love breathing inside of you.

I love you.
Love,
Ma Jaya

Gratitude and Blessings

Namaste,

It is so vital that you count your blessings to appreciate what they possess. Inside every acknowledged blessing are more blessings.
It is as if the Universe can hear and see your gratitude, and it sends you even more to be grateful for. This will bring you a positive outlook on life.
You can cultivate gratitude and trace its importance throughout religious traditions over thousands of years.
The secret to cultivate gratitude in our busy lives is to constantly be aware. Be aware of all that your fellow human beings contribute to your well-being. Be aware that your teachers live to contribute happiness and joy to your life. Know that you have received and are still receiving more blessings each moment, especially if you are aware and grateful.
Take a few minutes each day to do an exercise in thankfulness.
A grateful outlook does not require a life full of material comforts.
An interior attitude of thankfulness can be sustained regardless of life’s circumstance.

I love you all,
Love,

Liberation

Namaste,

Liberation is the awakening to our primal harmony.
It brings us back to our roots, and yet we live fully in the moment.
Mystical enlightenment is an inner truth that you know and spread, simply by breathing in and out the moment.

On the inside, you are totally different.
On the outside you look the same, except for a light that is always lit.

To understand your absolute spirit is to understand the spirit in all peoples of the world.
In meditation, you can receive glimpses of your Divine Spirituality.
You know that you are one with everyone and everything.
The Silence is inside of you and flows from your heart.
You feel in the silence that you are spirit, and that this spirit is your ultimate self.
Feel that which is always prior to thought and sensation.
Feel the Self that you have searched for.
Do not try to hold on to anything at all.

With practice of watching your breath, you will eventually feel the Emptiness.
Remember that the Universal Mother is closer to you than yourself, for you are the Mother  - and She is a reflection of you.

I love you all so very much.
Love,

Insight and Intuition

Namaste,

We all have insight; we all have intuition.
They are one and the same.
Awareness is the secret to understanding your own intuition.
The Mother of Intuition lives deep inside of you.
The ego clouds your intuition as well as the desire to understand your insight of all things.

In meditation, the ego is drowned in the Mother’s love.
It is the tendency of the mind to reach out and try to hold on to anything that brings you instant gratification
Thus addiction is born, and it grows.
Addiction comes to us as the ego whispers, “Do not let go!”
The ego teaches of attachment.

Compassion and Happiness

Namaste,

In all of us there is a sense of home when we are where we want to be.
This Home is deep in every human being.
This is deep, compassionate love.
You want everyone to live in this love.

The state of compassion includes the space of wholeness.
When you are in this state, you never lose your sense of purpose.
The Buddha said, “If you truly love yourself, you would never harm another.”
This is the state of compassion.
Every time we harm another, we hurt ourselves.
When we direct love toward our heart, we can direct it to others.

What is a mantra? How does it help in meditation?

It is the Mantra of your Beloved that is the Mantra of the Soul. Simply by saying “Christ is my Beloved” (or whoever your Beloved is) can open you up to yourself in so many different ways.
If undertaken gradually with full awareness, Japa will eventually bring your hidden desires, fears, and complexes out of your ego-mind to the mental surface. When this occurs over a period of time, the seeker views those previously hidden samskaras with the attitude of an unconcerned witness. This process relieves the mind of all tensions and stress.

Do you sometimes feel alone? Know that your God is always with you!

Namaste,

The greatest ecstasy you can find in the human body is becoming one with the Beloved.
This can occur when you least expect it, mostly during meditation.
The body partakes of the feast of the soul.
The Soul pervades the body with the sensation of the breath coming in and out.
This is merging love into love.
The inner relationship between Soul and the body can bring a great peace to the body.

When we are self-indulged with serving our body with food and drugs and such, we forget about the Soul and fall into the ego’s trap.
No matter who your Beloved is, just think on your Beloved and feel your heart open - especially when you yearn to be held by your Beloved.
